Our first morning with QiuLi – at the civil affairs office, waiting to do the official adoption. Then we are in the office where we pledge to care for QiuLi, give her a good life – then QiuLi stamps her foot on the paperwork. Then off to the Ministry of Justice to notarize the documents.
